Privacy notice
This notice describes how Spectrometer Ltd ("we") handles information on spectrometerltd.com.
What we collect
Information you enter into our forms: name, email, enquiry category, optional organisation, message, and any project stage, budget or timeframe you supply. Our hosting infrastructure may process technical request information, including IP addresses, for security and service operation. We do not run analytics trackers on this site, and we do not set advertising cookies.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to a marketing list, sell your data, or share it with third parties beyond the email delivery provider used to transmit your message to our enquiries inbox.
Where it goes
Form submissions are sent by email to info@spectrometerltd.com via our delivery provider and are handled as ordinary business correspondence. We do not publish retention periods we have not defined; enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed for the correspondence and any engagement that follows.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, request correction or deletion, or object to processing, by emailing info@spectrometerltd.com.
