Build resilience into the system, from the start.
Security works best when it is part of how systems are built, not a layer painted on afterwards. We practise secure development, design access control that reflects how organisations actually work, harden infrastructure, coordinate formal security assessments and plan recovery for when — not if — something goes wrong. We do not operate a staffed SOC, and we do not claim penetration-testing accreditation or incident-response SLAs; formal security engagements require agreed scope and qualified delivery.
Problems we recognise
- Access is all-or-nothing: people can either see everything or do nothing.
- A security review has flagged issues, but nobody owns fixing them.
- There is no tested answer to ‘what happens if this system is compromised?’
- Software is being built without any secure-development practice.
What you receive
- Security-conscious architecture and threat modelling
- Access control design and identity hygiene
- System and infrastructure hardening guidance
- Coordinated third-party assessment and remediation
- Backup, recovery and continuity planning
How the engagement works
Step 1 · Frame
Scope, assets, threats and what resilience must mean for you.
Step 2 · Assess
Architecture review and, where scoped, coordinated formal testing.
Step 3 · Remediate
Prioritised fixes with verification.
Step 4 · Prepare
Recovery plans that are written down and rehearsed.
Step 5 · Review
Periodic re-assessment as systems and threats change.
Frequently asked
Do you perform penetration tests?
We coordinate formal testing with qualified specialists where required, and own the remediation afterwards. We do not claim accreditation we do not hold.
Are you certified?
We do not claim certifications we cannot evidence. Our practice is security-conscious engineering, honest scoping and qualified partners for formal assessments.
Can you help after an incident?
Recovery planning is core to our work. Incident response beyond that is engagement-specific and scoped honestly.
